Mô tả công việc: -Researching on the demand for hair care product. Researching the customer’s demand on the market. Report information current demand and evaluation of customers. Research to develop the market for new products scheduled to be delivered. Concluding and take the initiative for the business strategy based on the results of market research.
-Undertake the customer care services. Develop and maintain strong business relationship with existing and new clients. Resolve problems with products and services if any.
-Handles all promotions, discount schemes, events and marketing development efforts. Build and open customer relationship in long term.
-Providing the information and to keep track of the marketing research by collecting, analyzing, summarizing data and the maket trend related to the business sector. Planning, supervise the entire sales system and the periodical reports monthly for the Director.
- Planning, constructing the trade mark, operational support for Sales Department. You’ll be staff for Director the maketing strategy.
